Services/CRM Systems

A CRM your team actually uses

Most CRMs fail quietly: half-filled records, a pipeline nobody trusts, and reports pulled from spreadsheets instead. We set up, migrate, clean and automate your CRM around how your team really works, so the data keeps itself current and the pipeline reflects reality.

What we build

Everything a CRM needs to earn its licence fee.

New setup, rescue job or migration, we work through the same layers so your CRM becomes the place where work actually happens.

Setup & architecture

Objects, fields, pipelines and permissions designed around your sales motion, so each stage means the same thing to everyone on the team.

Deliversa documented data model

Migration

Moving from spreadsheets or another CRM, with contacts, deals, notes, emails and attachments mapped, de-duplicated and checked before you switch over.

Includesa test migration and sign-off

Data clean-up

Duplicates merged, junk records archived, missing fields filled from enrichment tools, and validation rules added so the mess doesn't come back.

ToolsApollo, Clearbit, native dedupe

Workflow automation

Stage changes create tasks, send emails, update owners and alert managers, so reps spend their time selling instead of updating records.

Built withnative workflows + Make

Integrations

Two-way sync with your website forms, email, calendar, billing, support desk and ops tools, so the customer record is always the full picture.

CommonStripe, Xero, Gmail, Zendesk

Dashboards & reporting

Pipeline, conversion and activity dashboards that leadership trusts, built from the CRM itself rather than exported to a spreadsheet each week.

Data hygiene

Clean data in, clean data stays.

We fix what's there, then stop it happening again. Matching rules catch duplicates on entry, required fields are enforced at the right stage, and a scheduled job flags anything that slips through.

  • Fuzzy duplicate matchingSame person, different email or spelling? Merged with history kept.
  • Enrichment on createCompany size, industry and location filled in automatically.

PipedriveLean sales teams that live in the pipeline view.
Zoho CRMCost-conscious teams already using Zoho apps.
GoHighLevelAgencies and local service businesses running funnels.
Questions

Before you ask.

Should we fix our current CRM or switch?
Usually fix. Most problems come from setup and adoption rather than the platform itself. We recommend switching only when the tool genuinely can't do what you need or the cost no longer makes sense, and we'll show you why.
Will we lose data in a migration?
Not if it's done properly. We map every field, run a test migration into a sandbox, reconcile record counts and have you check a sample before the real move. The old system stays read-only until you're happy.
How do you get the team to actually use it?
Make it less work than not using it. Automatic activity logging, fewer required fields, views built for each role, and training that matches their day-to-day. We check usage after launch and adjust.
Can it connect to our accounting and support tools?
Yes. Billing, support, e-commerce and project tools are common integrations, either built in or via Make/n8n for anything more custom.
Do you offer ongoing admin?
Yes. On a monthly retainer we act as your CRM admin: new fields and pipelines, reports, user changes and fixes when something breaks.
